Before joining the Teaching Lab, Kajal spent eight years at the Relay Graduate School of Education where she worked in program operations and partnerships. She began her journey in education as a College Advisor at a high school in Detroit, Michigan. Kajal is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She lives just outside of Detroit and spends her time with family and friends, exploring trails, and trying new restaurants.
